Elite Card Processing, LLC collects and uses information to respond to business inquiries, provide requested services, and operate our website. This policy covers information you provide on our website and through lead forms we run on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Form security and spam prevention
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect inquiry forms from automated abuse. It processes browser and device signals for security verification. Our server also uses your IP address to check the verification and applies temporary submission limits. Our rate-limit storage contains keyed hashes of IP addresses, email addresses, and submission contents, along with short-lived counters and duplicate markers; it does not contain the original form messages or uploaded statements. These security records expire within one hour. Security verification is separate from optional advertising analytics.
Information we receive
When you contact us or submit a lead form, we may receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, the type of business you operate, and the answers or message you choose to provide. If you book a meeting, we also receive appointment details and updates. We may receive answers you submit through a Facebook or Instagram lead form from Meta.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, understand your business needs, assign the request to a team member, schedule a conversation, and keep a record of our communications. We may send a confirmation email with a scheduling link when you request information from us.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers for website hosting, customer relationship management, email delivery, scheduling, and related operations. They may process inquiry information to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Website analytics
Some pages ask for your choice before loading optional analytics, including Meta Pixel. If you allow it, Meta may receive information about your visit and interactions with those pages, along with browser or device information. We do not send contact-form answers to Meta Pixel. You can change the choice through the analytics preferences on pages that offer it.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and appointment information as needed to respond to requests, manage our business relationships, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use access controls and encrypted connections to help protect information, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you provided in an inquiry. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You may choose not to provide optional information on a lead form, although that may limit our ability to respond.
